The Institut Pasteur de Tunis (IPT) is organizing the "NGS data analysis workshop" that will be held on 05-14 March 2014.
The present workshop comes
as a follow up of the H3ABioNet Train-the-trainer bioinformatics course that was held on the 8th-26th July 2013 at ICIPE, Nairobi. The NGS analysis part (3rd week) of the initial couse will be reconducted for participants from IPT and for participants from the African nodes of the RIIP network (Reseau International des Instituts Pasteur).
The main objective of the workshop is to provide an introduction to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and addresses how to analyse and interpret sequences data.
