PHINDaccess 2nd Hackathon: Study of genetic susceptibility to COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2 human host-pathogen interactions (session 2)

2nd Hackthon october 2021 finaleThe PHINDaccess project organizes its second hackathon entitled “The study of the genetic susceptibility to COVID19 and SARS-CoV-2 human host pathogen interactions”, on October 28th-29th, 2021 at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis.

This hackathon is a follow up of the first hackathon organised on September 1st-9th, 2020 and consists of the analysis of OMICs data available in public databases for the SARS-CoV-2 viral genome as well as the human host in order to study the genetic susceptibility to the disease in the Tunisian population and investigate the host-pathogen interactions.

This hackathon is organised in collaboration with TriOMICS-CoV, a project funded by the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

This hackathon is restricted to the young researchers previously selected from IPT's research labs and have participated to the 1st hackathon
