Hackathon “Study of the genetic susceptibility to COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2 human host pathogen interactions” September 01-09, 2020 |
This hackathon consists of the analysis of OMICs data available in public databases for the SARS-CoV-2 viral genome as well as the human host in order to study the genetic susceptibility to the disease in the Tunisian population and investigate host-pathogen interactions. Participants to this hackathon are expected to develop bioinformatics pipelines related to:
and apply what they have learned in the frame of the PHINDAccess WP2 course series on real OMICS data to solve intriguing biological questions. This hackathon is restricted to the young researchers previously selected from IPT's research labs and to 6 candidates from the Institut Pasteur International Network. |
