The Institut Pasteur de Tunis (IPT) is organizing

the "NGS data analysis and Protein Modeling Bioinformatics course ( NGSPM2015 )" that will be held on 29th july to 07th  August 2015.

The present workshop comes as a follow up of the H3ABioNet Postgraduate Bioinformatics Workshop that was held on the 21st April -26th May 2014 at Covenant University, Ota. The NGS analysis part (4th week) of the initial course will be reconducted for participants from IPT and for participants from the African nodes of the RIIP network (Reseau International des Instituts Pasteur).

The main objective of the course is to provide an introduction to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and addresses how to analyse and interpret sequences data. In addition, molecular modelling of proteins and their implication in functional genomics studies will be introduced.
